I was referred to HeraHair by a friend who went last year, and I loved his results. As soon as the first contact with Helga, the medical consultant, I felt in good hands. The consultation and all further communications were very professional, answering all my questions and becoming even friendly over time. Outstanding customer service. The logistics once in Istanbul were flawless. Limousine transportation round trip between the airport and the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the clinic, was on time, and the drivers were very courteous. Once at the clinic, the staff was very friendly, and the interpreter did a great job the whole day. After the first few needle pricks of anesthetic, the procedure was comfortable. I even fell asleep during the extraction. In the afternoon during the transplantation, the nurses were chit chatting with soft and calm voices, Turkish sounds really good to a foreigner. It was soothing and added to helping to keep calm through the whole thing. They gave me post-surgery meds and shampoo and directives to follow for the next few days/weeks/months as well as 18 months of follow-up. All of that really makes it a turn-key experience.
